For anyone that thinks, that this man is rude don't know what he had going on about 6 months ago. So I'm going to suggest that you don't ever call him back. This is my opinion if you think he was rude and your feelings got hurt, this gentleman had a lot going on the past year. Owner is extremely rude and doesn't deserve anyone's business. He answered the phone with “Hello” in a rude tone, to which I said "Hey there, my name is Conlan" He said "Get lost" and hung-up. Never even gave me a chance to ask about quotes for my vehicle.
Spoke with George the owner, and found him a refreshing person to deal with. He told me right up front he was particular about the parts he sold and who he sold them to. If I could not answer his questions, to please take my business elsewhere. With almost 40 years in the parts business IM FINE with these parameters, and we got along fine. He is tough and maybe a little rough around the edges, but if you need his parts, perhaps YOU need to get over it! Not even worthy of stars.. the man was very rude. I have a Japanese right hand drive van and needed some wiper blades, I went to this store because every part store I’ve went to doesn’t have them. Upon first walking into the store, the smell is awful and the clutter is just unbelievable.. he proceeds to ask me can he help me and I tell him I need the wiper blades and he says I can’t help you today.. why be open if you cannot service the public that’s just insane.. Very bad business!!!
