I bought several pieces from Janus et Cie based off our the recommendation of a designer. After two years a table broke. The teak does not patina is a nice way it molds and requires a lot of care. The umbrella canopy tore and the mechanism, stopped working after four years. I tried to patch up an umbrella. When I could no longer fix it myself I contacted our designer who assured me it could be repaired with “white glove service” for a of course expensive fee.
