**NEGATIVE ONE STAR** Although I have only had a handful of situations where I needed legal assistance, my only regret is that I wish I would've read these reviews in advance. I'm too upset with what just occurred. The client has to do their own call backs / followups and as I was told, I'm not the only client they have... real professionalism is severely lacking !!! Our Lady of Guadalupe, as they have YOU displayed all over their office,. PLEASE pray for this office and most importantly Mr Janssen..
I highly recommend MR. JANSSEN to represent any family law case. He is affordable, offers reasonable payment options, and handled my case in a timely manner. I honestly never thought there would be a lawyer in town that would understand my story and handled my case.
Called to discuss my military disability payments & was treated in a rude & disrespectful manner. The Janssen's both treated me poorly & then abruptly hung up the phone.
