Very poor customer service. They provide defective items and then refuse to replace or provide compensation. Do not purchase their room sprays as you will not be able to use them. I’ve never had a company refuse to replace a 10 cent spray pump - but that is how Holly and Deb treat their customers.
Just bought a candle to try for the first time. Awesome container , terrible quality candle. Zero fragrance. Never again.
Jan and Holly are fantastic to work with! Holly is the best at getting product shipped out quickly and at the lowest rates. Can't keep this product stocked. Thank you for being amazing!
I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and this is how they treat me - I placed a recent order and they called me to say the shipping was more than double what they estimated. (The website said $32.95 and they jumped it up to over $60) I asked her to cancel but then they would charge 20% restocking fee. So I get penalized for their mistake! No longer a customer!
