I have used this firm for more than one thing over the last three years. Ni have used both attorneys. I read the other reviews and think one must be silly. I had my divorce done around the same time as that person who wrote the bad review. I feel bad for the wonderful lawyers and staff. The only leave of absence I know of was when Mrs. Ireland had her baby. My divorce was going on and she was still in touch with me! I just had to write. Most people only write to complain. I came to this firm because my husband left me and I didn't know what to do. Everyone in this office was so helpful. They got me in touch with other resources that helped me transition my life, they listened to me complain and they helped me end up on my feet. I don't know what I would have done without them. Horrible service!! I just went through a divorce with this firm and the service was unbelievably poor. I was not mailed documents that I said I would receive, I was not told my attorney would be taking a leave of absence during my case, the office paralegal that I worked with was very unprofessional and on some occasions short in her e-mails. I was not told that my attorney had no access to my account for almost 2 months during my case. I was told I would be billed an "uncontested" rate plus a few other incidentals at an hou... read more
I love this firm! Everyone there knew just what to do when I ended up in criminal court from my divorce! They fixed it all, and didn't rip me off. Loved the staff. Always could answer my question or meet my needs!
Great experience during the worst time of my life. My attorney explained every option and allowed me to make my own choices with sound advice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really do not know how I would have made it through without their help. THANK YOU!!
