I had an acupuncture appointment today with Jan to help with recovery from a surgery I had in December. She used a combination of techniques and it was a great experience. I felt completely relaxed, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it helps with my healing process. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous at my first acupuncture appointment, so Janis took her time explaining the whole process to me in great detail. She also had lots of extra blankets and a heater for me. She made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Will be back!!

I always feel so refreshed after I leave; like I had a really good solid nap. My body just feels totally refreshed. Janis has helped achieve a lot of release and relaxation, as well as alignment better than any chiro or massage treatment I’ve had. I highly recommend Janis

I have had acupuncture treatments, cupping and advice on Chinese Medicine from Janice. Her efforts have greatly helped with digestion as well as restless leg issues I have experienced. She is professional, her office space is immaculate & she is very knowledgeable. Recommend highly!
