I wanted to share my recent experience with them. I placed an order worth of $166, and the tracking number on their website says UPS, the UPS website links to USPS, and I have never received my order. They are refusing to refund the money as it shows “delivered” while I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. On top of that they have the absolute worth Customer service. The representative was very rude on the phone.
I went in looking for a birthday outfit for my niece and Kenya went above and beyond to get me the dress size I needed. She also found a pair of shoes to match. So happy with the customer experience, will definitely go back
Fantastic customer service! I visited the store and was quickly assisted by ms kenya which helped me find the perfect gifts for my nieces. She was very friendly and courteous i will be surely visiting again.
Such a friendly store to go into the staff is incredibly nice and approachable it definitely looks like the result of good management. On top they have a great selection of cute clothes
