Janie has the most beautiful and welcoming energy and provides a non judgmental and relaxed space for clients to work through any challenges they are facing. She gave me practical tools I can use daily to calm my nervous system. The hypnotherapy works on a deep level to change the way you respond and think about situations and reframes them in a positive light. I found it very helpful.

Janie’s work is amazing I have struggled with heavy alcohol consumption for many years. Unable to control my drinking I was seeking some help. After just 2 sessions I have experienced awesome results!!!
