The quality of the clothes is disappointing. I purchased a shirt for my son, and after just one wash, I noticed a hole in the fabric. Given the price, I expected better durability. Unfortunately, it’s not worth the cost.

I love Janie and Jack, but tonight we came at 7:50 to return a headband I bought online and the lady had the store closed. She was counting her drawer at that time and we could see her but lights were off and doors closed. Mall closed at 8 and all the other stores were open. We were bummed because I wanted to grab a nice shirt for a birthday tomorrow really quick.
