During Thanksgiving 2018 we were shopping in the Gymboree store and liked a lovely dress for my 8mon old daughter. As we could not find the right size, we went to the counter and asked if they have the size in inventory. I’m writing as I had a horrible experience shopping with your company yesterday, 2/18/2019. As a loyal customer I was sad to see my local Gymboree store in the ********* ******* **** ** ********* ****** ** ***** going out of business. After enjoying a nice day out & having lunch at the neighboring restaurant I decided to treat my daughter to a few new items. Disappointed customer

Ugly experience ordering by phone. Impossible to communicate with the staff in the Philippines. Had to wait 3 minutes for their computer to be useable and this happened twice. Was told the sale price shown on line included the bonus 20% discount. It did not! Tried to share this mess with Gymboree headquarters but they are effectively insulated. Will not order again.

I often shop at gymboree both online and at the store. In March 2018 I was shopping and spent about $135. The woman at the register informed me if I spent $15 I would receive an extra $25 in gymbucks. So I grabbed a few more items and received a total of $75 gymbucks. I was told I did not need to bring my receipt with me during the redemption time. Well I drove out 2 hours from brooklyn to go to the outlet store to use my gymbucks. I placed an order on cyber Monday, they mis labeled the package without an apartment number, so it was undeliverable to me. It has been 12 days since it was processed by the post office to be returned and Gymboree keeps telling me “oh it’s coming back to you” well, now it’s 3 days until Christmas and I’m spending 3 hours just trying to get a refund..never again will I shop at Gymboree.

I love shopping at gymboree but my recent experience is very very frustrating! I went online and shopped for several items (50+) and when I was checking out and clicked on place an order, my sreeen just wiped out and says my cart is empty. I did not receive a confirmation on my order. Because it was midnight, I didn’t call. I kept checking my email waiting for the order confirmation but I don’t see it still.
