Went on a Tuesday afternoon to the store inside fashion square. Walked in and employee was sweeping the floor never looked up to greet us. I continued to look around with my baby. She would sweep by us and still did not acknowledge us. I felt so uncomfortable. She stopped sweeping and left to the back. I waited since I needed a size and she did not come out. It’s easy to see why these are closing left and right across the country. Walked in. Two associates stared at us. Never asked to help. We walked out.
Abysmal experience at this store. Showed up on Sunday when they open at 11. Had to wait until 11:30 for the store to open. Once we went in, the one employee at the store didn’t take her eyes off her phone, let alone offer any assistance. Left after 5 minutes - empty handed.
Love the darling coat I purchased for my granddaughter before Christmas. The ladies there, 2 days before Christmas, were knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant.
