Store closed at 6:30pm when hours on website stated 7pm AND I called to confirm hours. Wasted a 50 minute round trip driving out with my two kiddos. If you call and no one answers it simply states they’re busy and the call disconnects. Won’t be going back.
Lovely experience at the store
I recently visited the Lancaster location and, while their merchandise is absolutely lovely, my experience was overshadowed by the behavior of one of the employees at the store. While I was shopping, she was loudly arguing with her DoorDash driver who was struggling to find the store to deliver her food. Instead of handling it privately, she made rude comments about him, which felt completely unprofessional and frankly, quite shocking. I was just in this store… female cashiers were beyond rude and made the experience awful… will never enter this store again. !!
