I’ve met with Ms. Phelps twice regarding tax and financial concerns. She’s extremely knowledgeable on tax law and provided me with helpful information in several areas. Most importantly, I found her to be very honest, compassionate, and relatable in helping me during a difficult time.
Never go here for tax services. I had one appt with her and she started to give so many excuses as to why she can’t get my taxes done. I asked for an extension 3/2023…had my appt with her 5/2023 and never heard from her again. Found someone else to submit my taxes by 10/2023. Janice has done my taxes for the last 6 years and I have been extremely satisfied! Janice is hard working, very detailed and truly is looking out for by best interests. I would encourage others to seek her out, you will not be disappointed.
