Awful experience; made false appointments then tried to charge a a no show. 335.00..
I had been working with Jan Cheeks for months. Due to Covid, Jan was only seeing patients online. During this time, my husband had been deployed and his return date changed multiple times over a short period. When he finally came home, it was late and we decided to reschedule the appointment to spend time together as a family. We did this by email, the morning of the appointment.
