We just ordered and received a bed from Jane's Gallerie -the bed shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. The bed was easy to assemble and my son put it together himself. The bed looks good - it is not an expensive bed but it is very sturdy and has underbed storage which functions on pneumatic lifters - very cool for a young man's bedroom! The dining room table and chairs are absolutely beautiful. I only gave it four stars since the table was extremely heavy for my husband to carry once he put it together. Other than the that, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an exquisite set.
Thank you Janes Gallerie, my wife dragged me threw 20+ furniture stores looking for a dinning set to no avail. I suggested look on the net. Well after 3 days she finally found what she was looking for. A quality semi-formal dinning set. The price was excellent.Shipping was fast and packing was extremely good. Easy instructions and went together and better quality than most all other sets we had seen in person. We could not be happier and will continue to buisness here. Thank you.
Called to ask about shipping time frames - was told the table I'm looking at is not the advertised $699.00 but in fact $949.00 by customer service. These are exactly the sort of deceptive practices that put companies out of business - and if this is how Janes does business I want nothing to do with them. Horrific. If you list an item with incorrect pricing and customer wants to buy it at that price point, you take the loss and fix the website. End of.
