Janelle was amazing. We worked together for just about three years, she helped me work through the grief of losing my father. The tools she gave me were extremely helpful in overcoming the pain and trauma associated with his loss. We also worked on coping with my anxieties and how to overcome them. I would absolutely recommend Janelle to anyone seeking therapy to help overcome their struggles and start a path for better mental health!

Janelle’s whole vibe is calm. I never felt that I was in therapy, just talking things out with a friend. The only time that I would recognize that it was therapy was when I actually changed behavior that I had been repeating for years. She was a wonderful and validating support to me.
