I was a patient of JDs for about 5 years and stayed 3 years too long. I really clicked with JD when I met her. I was promised we would get to the bottom of my Hashimotos and why I felt so terrible, but then she preceded to put bandaids on instead. I got lazer done a couple of years ago and was promised that they were the “best”. I was promised a touch up each year after spending hundreds of dollars. They have been ghosting me for the last two years just frustrated after spending so much money. I leave messages and am sent to voicemail. When I get ahold of them they say there are no appointments available and that they never promised free touch up’s as part of my initial treatment.
