Staff and security friendly and helpful.
The worst! Nobody answers the phone ever! I literally had to drive all the way from Akron just to speak to someone. (Multiple times) The security guards are rude! The supervisor Tiffany Mahoney doesn’t answer the phone at all! She’s very unprofessional! I truly believe my grandchildren where taken out of there home and placed in a worse situation!
