Geraldine is a very good yoga instructor. She worked with our kindergarten students for 8 sessions, offering age-appropriate activities. She is gentle, calm, encouraging and explains the exercises well to the children.
We have worked with Geraldine for over a year now across a number of different classes and she has been absolutely outstanding. Her communication, professionalism and class delivery are fantastic. Highly recommend working with her. Thanks Geraldine!

Geraldine has been the find of the year. I explained to Geraldine that I'm a beginner and she has run our yoga lessons accordingly. I'm really enjoying our weekly sessions and couldn't recommend Geraldine high enough.
A long cycle of yoga sessions with year ones at school was extremely beneficial for all of them. Their self and social awareness, self and social management, mobility, even learnings and, above all, resilience increased significantly.
