I've been to this herbal shop for years and found Dr. Lin Lan extremely helpful. She's very knowledgeable in Chinese medicine and explain things in a reasonable and understanding way. The herbs she prescribed for me works every time, and it's much better than seeking western medicine for health maintenance and prevention.
Terrible customer service, very impatient and rude. Will not answer any questions you may have, unhelpful.
Very bad experience. The doctor Cin all of sudden charged me consultant fee after the first time. I think she does not suppose to do so, it should only be charged at the first time.
