Went here on a whim as I had a sore upper back so I booked their winter package. I was unsure at first where to go but I eventually found their signage. As I walked inside, the place was lovely and inviting. A staff member greeted me within two minutes and I was led to a room within 10 minutes. I purchased a relaxation massage package. Before the session started, I clearly told the therapist that I wanted a gentle massage for relaxation only. I specifically mentioned that I did not want a strong or painful massage. Unfortunately, the therapist applied very strong pressure throughout the session, which caused me significant discomfort and pain. During the massage, I asked her again to reduce the pressure.
