Amazing 🤩
We got a Jan and Jul hat from friend and decided to go to this actual location to check out their sale. The store has clean layout. Fair selection of clothing and foot wears for children. However I believe this is not the type of company that most people want to deal with. First, their products does not have price tag. They explained because they have too many products. Warning: please expect WAYYYYYY longer than usual for return, one customer service rep only and no service (stand and wait) until rep becomes available. Products are great, kids loving them But don’t buy more than what you need, once you decide to return, nightmare starts. Stood aside for an hour while the service rep serving the purchase from design, inventory check, price concern, and others. No service for return, service only for purchases, just that simple.

We have been purchasing Jan & Jul for a number of years now. 5/5 stars for outerwear. It is well made and long lasting with daily wear & play. Our previous jackets and rain pants have been able to be passed on to siblings. Bucket hats are well made and in great patterns kids like to wear.
