I am the relative of a client of Mr. Karowsky. My relative was facing some serious charges and was not happy with the work Jan was providing. Jan assured him he was working diligently on the case. When things continued to decline, Jan said it was the fault of his investigator. Jan then fired his investigator and brought in "the best".
