We work from this location as an office on mediation days, and the ongoing Wi-Fi issues seriously interfere with our ability to do our jobs. Writing on the behalf of a family member who had a terrible experience with this agency. My family member had a long and tedious case (more than 7 years) with a well-known transportation agency and did not feel like they handled the matters appropriately and equitably. Seems like the retired judge sided with one party (those with wealth and power), and completely disregarded the other.
