Writing on the behalf of a family member who had a terrible experience with this agency. My family member had a long and tedious case (more than 7 years) with a well-known transportation agency and did not feel like they handled the matters appropriately and equitably. Read carefully and Think twice before hiring this agency services ,or you will regret for the rest of your life . When it comes to mediations ,arbitrations and/or alternative dispute resolution .The arbitrator /judge wont be as neutral or impartial party as they say he/she will be .No happy or middle outcome or will come for the party that has more than enough proof,evidences,physical damages and infliction of emotional distress .They will simply side with the plutocracy .
