Jam Jam Exotic and their team are wonderful. I recently ordered some very nice isopods from them. They worked with me through the entire process and were very informative. I pestered them with quite a few questions but they have been very professional and very nice about it the entire time. I cannot recommend them enough. Awesome local store with an impressive variety of animals to choose from. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help, it is a great place for anyone interested in invertebrate pets.
Cramped space and hard to find
2 of 5 ordered had toxout symptoms on arrival. 1 of 3 samurai blue cranwelli had bacterial infection. Customer service is lacking in helpful response. Prices are easily double what you could find from a local dealer. The pedigree and health is not there to justify price for froglets. That is false. The first two we reported the day after delivery.
