Great customer service would buy from this store again and again!
Was excited to come but it's a filthy shop with dead beetles outside. Could hardly breathe with the stench and humidity levels indoors. I scheduled a time to come pickup a beetle and the owner confirmed multiple times(he suggested the time btw) and ended up not even showing up!! Waited for half and hour and still zero updates. Huge waste of time! Unprofessional and ruined the entire experience. I will not be picking up any pets here. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere. Jam Jam Exotic and their team are wonderful. I recently ordered some very nice isopods from them. They worked with me through the entire process and were very informative. I pestered them with quite a few questions but they have been very professional and very nice about it the entire time. I cannot recommend them enough.
