What an absolute disgrace of a lawyer. This attorney was disciplined — and frankly, should have been disbarred. He withdrew from my case while calling me a liar. He was the one that lied! I took a Black’s Law Dictionary to court and he sat there and played like “what’s that?”. I said this is what the court uses right? Then Kevn said yeah we use it for terms, but NO we don’t use it. Then kept going back and forth yeah, but no (liying). I paid for an uncontested divorce in full at the end of April 2024. I turned in all paperwork and it was notorized in their office by a week later. Divorce wasn’t filed until late July after I called to see what was going on since no one ever contacted me about anything. The divorce for some reason was refiled again in October.
