Jamie is great! She has helped me so much with my health journey. She is super easy to talk to and doesn’t make you feel ashamed. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Jamie for a year now and am down over 30 pounds. She is very professional and has helped me make better choices in my meal selections and continues to make adjustments as needed.
