I love Jamie. She provides a great massage and really lets you relax. I really love doing the sauna first- makes for a fab massage!
If you are struggling with tight/sore muscles, I wholeheartedly recommend that you try Jamie out. Very different than other massage techniques that I've experienced in the past. The best way I could describe it is a blend of acupressure and deep tissue work. Truly a game changer for managing pain in my shoulder and neck. Thanks Jamie!
