Gosh, where to start?!? I have battled anxiety, specifically social anxiety, my entire life. I recall my first panic attack occurring when I graduated from kindergarten. I was required to walk across a bridge over a creek, in front of EVERYONE. I burst into tears, and just couldn't do it. Wow! Ok, so I was always a bit nervous to schedule a session. Just out of skepticism whether this kind of stuff could help me or not.
