Gosh, where to start?!? I have battled anxiety, specifically social anxiety, my entire life. I recall my first panic attack occurring when I graduated from kindergarten. I was required to walk across a bridge over a creek, in front of EVERYONE. I burst into tears, and just couldn't do it.
