It was the closest place to us. I thought ok more convenient and there were a couple of good reviews. We needed the screen replaced. First he charged quite a bit (25%) more than what he had previously quoted us. It took over a week to be done. At first it looked OK but not even two days later the back of the phone was just coming off and the day after that the screen cracked again for literally no reason... didn't bump it or drop it at all.
