Jamie’s intuitive touch brings a regenerative healing to me every time. At the beginning of an appointment she checks in with the deeper areas of need, she asks if her pressure is adequate during the session and at the end gives gentle suggestions (drink water, lite stretches etc) to make the most of the relax/release work we’ve done together.
