I just recently started ordering craft products from the Jami Ray Vintage website. The second order I received was damaged. Looks like it was damage during transit to my location. I received the best customer service from Kaitlynn, Customer Service manager. She was able to replace the missing items in a week. This was the best customer service I ever received from any company.
