I don't usually write negative reviews, but since this hits a little too close to home with the death of my two brothers and the diagnosis of Stage 3 ovarian cancer in my mother the last year, I felt the need to do this. I have called and left several messages with this counselor to set up an appointment for grief counseling and have NOT received one phone call, email or text message back from her.
