Cute little local watersports shop with really nice owners. Good sales.
Love, love, LOVED our experience here!! I have not been on a bike since 2000, and I felt like a very long in the tooth kid riding it! We were in Jamestown for a day’s exploit from Newport ( but visiting from NYC), and I knew we would need bikes to get to Beavertail State Park because it’d take too long walking. My husband and I don’t drive; we rely on trains and buses, and our feet to get places as much as possible so that we soak up nature and our surroundings as best we can. Great selection of clothes and rentals. They have classes and camps too!
Highly recommend this rental shop for kayaks, paddleboard (SUP), and adventures. If you’re in Jamestown, or Newport, definitely come here and connect with the wonderful owners. I rented a kayak to take a wreath out into the sea to honor my uncle, who passed away.
Wanted to give a shout out to this shop and owner, Jason. Drove down to bike a loop around the island and realized I forgot my helmet. I biked there and asked if I could rent one and he let me use one for free! Chatted a while. Really nice guy. Dropped the helmet off outside after my beautiful ride around the island. Great to find these local spots where folks are kind. Would love to book a kayak rental to check out the coves. Thank you!!!
