Raymond is all about customer service. He backs up the products he sells 110%. I can't recommend him more highly.
I bought a 110 year old farm house and Raymond came out to do a fireplace inspection before winter. The old fireplace had some major problems and so we decided to upgrade to a nice propane insert. Raymond got me a new propane fireplace insert and had it installed quickly so I would be set for winter. He was such a professional! I have sure enjoyed my new fireplace!! Thanks for everything!! I would definitely recommend you call for any of your fireplace needs!!
Ordered a fireplace insert was installed, never worked. Never received any phone calls back and was never repaired.
