I bought my Weber Genesis grill there about 5 years ago. That transaction was smooth. Recently needed a new igniter for this grill. I went into Jamesburg Hardware with my Genesis Grill serial number and part number. The igniter needed to be special ordered. I was told it should be in within 3-4 days and I would get a call to come get it. Well, not only did I not get a call when it was delivered, I don' think they ever even ordered it. Rudest people i have ever dealt with. When looking for a specific pipe size the person I spoke to was very quick to say they did not have it. Afterwards I browsed and found exactly what i was looking for. It felt as if my race was the reason they tried to rush me out of the store. I soon found out the person I spoke to was in fact an owner.
