I ordered a fat head for my daughter’s senior year of cheer and never received it. I called and was told that they missed the order for the entire cheer team for the fatheads and it would be overnighted with a partial refund. It has been months and I still have not received my order. I have called and left several messages asking for a refund for the item I did not receive and have not heard anything back.
I 100 percent recommend James wood photography. They have quality pictures, reasonable pricing, and very nice and helpful staff! I've bought pictures from them for 5+years and had ZERO issues and always got my pictures and I'm recently inquiring about pictures from 2019 that they are happy to help me with. I love this business and recommend them over a few other local photography business for sure.
We only did the school pictures but they were very professional.
