We ordered photos for our son's 7th grade basketball season through his middle school. We never received anything that we ordered and never received our money back. Several other families had issues with their orders too. Complete scam.
Had pictures done for wrestling on 12/9, as of 1/22 still no pictures. Their season is over in 3 days and even the coaches haven't been contacted about when they will be ready. It's frustrating because I bought a pin to wear during the season so now I've wasted my money. Seems like they are taking on more than they can handle if their turn around is months... This is the worst photography studio I have ever dealt with!!! My daughter took pictures in November it’s more February and the season is over finally got them and they suck!!! On top of the fact they don’t even show the mascot that is all over the school, I paid for pictures and keychains and I never received them. If your school said this is who they’re using just don’t even waste your money!!! Wish I could give negative zero stars!
STEAMM has NOT received any pictures James, at this point you have some angry parents on your hands. The lack of communication is also overwhelming! Inhave left voicemails and sent emails. The first and only time you responded was to say the pictures were sent to the wrong location and are in rout to the correct one. That was 2 weeks ago. I dont want the pictures of your work at this point just my money back!
Ordered pics back in November. Its now mid January and still NO pictures!!!! Claims they where sent out of state and every time I email cause you cant call phone's voicemail is full (imagine that) but every email i get is next week. Well we done past 2 next week's and STILL NO photos!!!!! Is this sabotaging Canton City Schools?!?!? Like where are the photos parents paid for?!?!
