EXTREMELY BAD business! This is the second time I've dealt with Dylan for credit repair and he was awesome the first time with real results in a couple of months. Unfortunately Dylan and his company are the new Lexington law and that company had a huge class action lawsuit against them in which they lost and had to pay their consumers. NO REAL RESULTS. This company had the worst customer service I have ever seen and I worked in customer service over 10 years and I sent emails after emails asking for a phone call and No response at all I DM them on social media asking the same thing and I could see they looked at my messages and opened emails but never responded or called, I asked for the owner many times to have James call me just stay far away from this company I filed better business bureau on them also

My brother, my spouse and I have been with this company going on two years. The lack of communication is horrible. I message, call and no one ever answers. It seems like once they took our money I was forgotten. I’m so un happy.

What a scam. After charging me a ridiculous amount of money, all they did was clean up my old addresses and prior akas and called that a win. I asked several times for help and was transferred to a different agent. After speaking to Dylan, I was promised 2 additional free rounds, but that never happened. At this point I even considered continuing the service with one on one help. I was still charged for the credit monitoring (was also supposed to be free).
