I hired this firm approximately three years ago to pursue a contractor who took money from me and disappeared. Unfortunately, hiring them has produced almost exactly the same outcome as the contractor: my retainer money is gone and communication is non existent. Early on there were occasional responses—just enough to create the impression that something might be happening. The woman that answers the phone has a caddy attitude , very passive aggressive or nice nasty !!! I had to call 3x to get the slightest of information, it seems like she doesn’t know anything . She once told me she’d have someone call me back (that never happened ) 🙃🙃🙃
These people are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! They don’t give a darn about anyone but THEMSELVES AND THE MONEY THEY MAKE. I called to ask questions regarding court, the lady on the phone wouldn’t tell us the court date or any info regarding how the process actually works, then says “I’m busy I don’t have time to deal with this”. Please get this place shut down immediately!!!!!! I’m going to do everything I can to get their shady business out in social media so people who deal with them know!
I called three times over 3 weeks, left a voicemail, and no response. Eventually the front desk said "they don't do real estate law" and are not taking any new cases. (not sure what the entire practice areas on the webpage describing specific real estate law is on the internet for if that isn't the case..) Don't waste your time calling this firm.
