I would not trust him. He was a former public defender at Randolph County Courthouse and did the least with my case. Never returned calls, gave bad legal advice and simply did not care! Maybe now with his own practice he may perform more professional. But I would avoid.
My fiancé & I really cannot say enough good things about Mr. Kelley. He’ll be there for you fiercely every step of the way. His secretary/assistant is also very kind & always on top of everything too. This is a professional law firm you can trust & count on. We are blessed to have met him.
