I’ve been seeing Khyathi for my skin treatment for about a year, and I’m so happy with the results! A year ago, my skin was not healthy, but now it’s so much clearer and healthier. The whole team is very friendly and professional — especially Khyathi and Ben, who’s always so helpful and kind. I really appreciate the care and support they’ve given me throughout my journey. I cannot recommend James Vivian enough. My biggest and only regret is not finding this place sooner ! Rachel is so knowledgeable, so reasoned in her approach, and one of the kindest souls around. She will take the time to listen and discuss all of the options available and her suggestions are so effective and tailored to where you are at. James Vivian has supported my skin, and beyond that - me, through the ebbs and flows of hormonal outbreaks or stressed induced acne. Whether it’s a quick pit stop red light and squeezing me in when I have a window or concern with my skin, the clinicians always offer TLC. Or if it’s a more intensive session, they personalize the treatments to fit in with my time and my budget, to make me and my skin feel really supported. More than just a skin clinic and highly recommend!
