I had approached this accounting company to hold another cpas misconduct accountable. He charged me a retainer of $10,000 and withheld $3940, for basically doing nothing and only robbing me of my money. I have reported his misconduct to the CPAFORUM and reported the ultra casual and unprofessional stance that these cpas took which costed me my time and resources and they didn't even address the matter of any professional filing to be done on my behalf. I was referred to James by a friend of mine. We needed a consultant to advise us on a sale of our properties. Besides giving us tax advise, James points out some of the strategies that we can improve our business. Being a small business owner, I get intimidated by all the rules and regulations talk by my prior CPA. James put them in simple terms and made them easy for me to digest. He is on a pricy side. However, if you need good advices that go a long way, I'd recommend using his services.
