The people that work answering the phones behave as if they came out of Kindergarten. They get paid to do a job and I don't understand why they treat people who call the way they do. If it wasn't for the prisoners they would not have jobs. Not to mention the people on the outside calling in should not be treated like dirt. The employees have no respect, they should be made to treat people with respect, they have no right to treat the prisoners or their families the way they do.
