Just fun. Stunning views and scenery. It's a short hike on an uneven, rocky trail to the lookout. Family friendly. I had a great time exploring the area.
Very rewarding short hike. Very steep. Beautiful views. Road leading to trail head is very narrow with deep ruts. High ground clearance is a must
Easy hike and beautiful views!
Such an easy trail for great views! Although the first time I came it was open to climb up on the platform of the lookout tower. This year when I visited it was locked. Bummer but still get the same great views ! It’s also never busy. I would park at the bottom of the hill and walk the extra length if the roads are in bad condition ( rough dirt road ) otherwise you are perfectly fine to drive up to the top
