It's extremely interesting how I keep posting a review and then Yelp contacts me stating that because he was not my attorney they deleted my review. Why would that matter? So I give up on using Yelp as they are now all but worthless. Unethical and unprofessional attorney and incompetent office. I used him for my divorce in the 80s, and by chance came across him on the internet today, 40 years later, and he's still practicing. Amazing. He did a great job for me. The way he structured my divorce and custody agreement paid big dividends the entire time I had to rely on it. He saved me so much money over time, his services were essentially free. I don't know if you read these, James, but thanks again for a job well done.

Divorce is expensive, Jim’s impeccable knowledge of the law, and the court system is a must, especially dealing with complicated custody, financial matters. He navigated through covid shut downs, and court delays with precision. Friendly associate attorney, and office staff were Compassionate, and helpful.

I am very glad I used Mr. Neavitt for my divorce. It was a prolonged and ugly process, thanks to my ex and his money-hungry attorney, and Mr. Neavitt handled all the proceedings with professionalism and courtesy. He waived his fees on numerous occasions, and fought for me in court. I recommend him.
