I used him for my divorce in the 80s, and by chance came across him on the internet today, 40 years later, and he's still practicing. Amazing. He did a great job for me. The way he structured my divorce and custody agreement paid big dividends the entire time I had to rely on it. He saved me so much money over time, his services were essentially free. Divorce is expensive, Jim’s impeccable knowledge of the law, and the court system is a must, especially dealing with complicated custody, financial matters. He navigated through covid shut downs, and court delays with precision. Friendly associate attorney, and office staff were Compassionate, and helpful.

I am very glad I used Mr. Neavitt for my divorce. It was a prolonged and ugly process, thanks to my ex and his money-hungry attorney, and Mr. Neavitt handled all the proceedings with professionalism and courtesy. He waived his fees on numerous occasions, and fought for me in court. I recommend him.

Inept and unprofessional attorney and office. He waits five years to come back asking for money owed with interest accrued. As well, he drags out cases as long as possible to make money for himself. Everyone I have spoken with who has used him had nothing good to say. Stay away from him.
