Delaney was AMAZING! Probably the best facial i’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and the spa is a complete esthetic, actually the cutest place ever! I can’t wait to go back!

Short notice appointment, we were visiting downtown Lancaster! Very accommodating and excellent service!
Treatment was good, but I didn’t appreciate unsolicited comments about areas I hadn’t asked about, which rattled around in my head for weeks. It felt like a nudge toward additional treatments, and left me scrutinizing things about myself that I previously had no issue with. Others may want to be aware of this.
Beyond pleased, per usual. Phenomenal massage services and courteous staff. I got the 90 min salt stone massage with Grace! I continue to come back to James St. MedSpa because of the quality and care their employees provide.
