I received a call from “Darcy” at JSD Management 9 months after the death of my husband and fully two years after he closed his business. She stated that that I owed her collection agency for a debt the business had with Dex Yellow Pages in the amount of $3558. I notified her that the business was closed, and that my late husband went around to the new owner to collect mail until shortly before his death, and there were no bills pending. Kevin with JSD Management is one of the most arrogant and rude customer service reps I've ever spoken with. This company obtains false collection information and tries too push you to pay them the funds without any proof as to why you owe any money. JSD Management is 100% a scam company claiming to be an honest collection agency. In reality they are stealing private information and collecting funds illegally. If this company continues to call me I will take legal action against them.

I realize the collections process is never a pleasant one. Either for the collector or the debtor. I can only speak to my experience with JSD which was overall, a good one! They helped us collect a debt from a client that had altogether disappeared for over 5 months after we produced and delivered some custom merchandise for them. After many lost hours of internal labor spent trying to collect this debt ourselves, we ultimately decided to employ JSD's services and, alas, they were able to recover our funds. 0 stars. Received a sales call from an agent at JSD Mgmnt, wanting our business. The caller was very rude and spoke to me like I was mentally challenged. She was abrasive and pushy, demanding to talk to my supervisor even when I clearly told her that I was the one in charge of collections. I honestly don't know how this company gets any new business with sales people like her.

I have been with JSD Management for almost a year now. Throughout my time here I have dealt with numerous things in my personal life that other companies would not have been supportive of. I am treated like family here and have always been treated with respect and understanding. There is no other place I would rather be.
