First and last time attending here. THE PLACE IS DIRTY SEE PHOTOS OF THE FLOORS AND WALLS. The place was uncomfortably hot with no proper air circulation. While I was at the front counter speaking to reception in English, the staff kept talking amongst themselves in another language — very unprofessional and off-putting. My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 PM. I arrived early at 6:50 and completed the intake form, but wasn’t seen until 7:18.
