James is great at his job! He is punctual and thorough and very good at making the process as easy as possible! James and his team were able to consolidate all of our debt and by simply doing that he is saving us nearly $1000.00 a month in bill payments. What a tremendous experience! I have solid create, though a significant twist in my application. I was seeking a VA loan, though needed a waiver for 1099 income. He managed to sort through untold lenders to find the right one who would take the waiver. And from there, it was keeping the conversation going with the underwriter, as I had no less than 4 homes fall through, meaning we had to restart the loan application each time.
