We ordered 2 stools from here just before Christmas. The stools themselves are fine - seem to be as advertised and no issues. However, James Said does not manufacture any of their furniture, they import. So really the customer service and logistics is what they should be good at, and constantly fell short throughout my order. It started when we went to look at the stools in person.
