The store has the an outstanding selection of prestige furniture and furnishings. It all seems hand picked and bespoke. The staff is very helpful and the showroom is the best I have seen in Melbourne.

They helped us with everything from rugs and wallpaper to lighting and furniture, and made the whole process really easy. A big shout to the staff at James Said. More like an interior design firm than a furniture store. Easily the most beautiful furniture showroom in the Australia. My hubby and I were in awe and completely inspired. Once we made our way through all the furniture display rooms, we ended up on the mezzanine where a designer assisted us to coordinate selections. What a fantastic experience. I met Liz in store and she not only selected pieces for me, she drew them into my floor plans. Then another staff member created renders so I could see the rooms come to life! All while I was in store. Lavished with coffee and even some lunch. Thank you ladies. LOVE my new furniture.
