Haven’t ordered product without seeing it before but my wife had her heart set on James Said and they don’t have a store in Perth. They provided us with interior design services remotely. Martine in the Melbourne store made beautiful selections and placed them into my floor plans to ensure everything would fit perfectly. I cannot thank the James Said team enough for their incredible service helping us furnish our home! Their products are absolutely beautiful and from our first design consultation with Sam to their white glove delivery team, everyone was so lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back for more pieces.
Ordered a bench from my entry foyer and when I experienced some issue with payment (to fault of my own), I called James Said and I gotta say that their service was impeccable! Everything was resolved in no time and effectively. Item was also received in great condition, fully assembled and ready to go. I’ll be returning to furnish the other parts of my home for sure!
